In case you missed it, last week I made an extra long meal plan. This was because I was traveling out of town for a couple of day and wanted to have everything ready before I left and after I got home. Now that we’re settling back into the routine, it’s time to finish the week with a 4 day meal plan.
Some of the recipes included in this post are from last week, because we had some extra leftovers and didn’t want to waste food by making extra meals. However, this week I’ll be making lots of meals in advance because I have crazy busy days on Thursday and Friday.

Our total grocery cost was a little over $50 this week. I did receive my cash back from Costco last week in the mail, but it was more than $50, so I’ll wait until we have a bigger grocery to use that.
