Meal planning is by far the easiest and most effective way to save money and reduce food waste. Tiny Adventures Journey’s method for meal planning is to plan ahead and make lists so as to better focus on simple living.
Meal planning is made efficient in our home by planning one month at a time, knowing that there will be changes along the way. From there, we take it one week at a time and make our lists.
We make three lists before we do any shopping.
