No Plan Meal Plan

For the first time in a VERY long time, I’m not making a plan for my weekly meal plan. I have no plan. Instead, I have flexibility and freedom. I’m going to let myself off the hook and try new things. 

I just had lunch at Clementine here in Winnipeg yesterday and it was like a breath of fresh air. Max and I don’t usually go out for meals, and I make a point of prepping meals when I travel. But not this time. 

The only plans I have are as follows: 

  • Try something new
  • Eat at a pancake breakfast
  • Eat at one of the festival dinners
  • Enjoy every meal

And that last one is by far the most important. I want to enjoy every meal. I’m not saying I want to eat extravagant break-the-bank kind of meals. But I want to love the meals I choose to eat. So if you have any suggestions on where I should go eat while I’m in Winnipeg this week, please let me know in the comments and I’ll see if I can give it a try.
