This week, I’m featuring a shortened weekly meal plan. The weekend was crazy busy what with Blog Jam taking place that I didn’t have time to plan my meals. Yesterday night we ate some quick pasta just to get us through the night but now it’s time for a real meal plan.

We can’t make super complicated meals every week. This week we’re taking it easy and we’re going back to basics. We’re focusing on being happy. We’re focusing on being kinder to ourselves. We picked some meals that bring us comfort and great memories, especially my dad’s recipe for Chiard.
